Choose your own Eco Adventure in the Batemans Bay Marine Park! This outdoor adventure company is based in the beautiful Broulee only a few minutes drive from the Colony.

Toal Eco Adventures specialise in guided tours for exciting watersports such as Kayaking, snorkelling and stand up paddle boarding, with a focus on learning about the ecology of the region.

Rock On Fitness Batemans Bay NSW Sports

Rock On Fitness is an all round fitness centre in Batemans Bay (minutes from Mogo) and offers activities for all ages. Personal training and group classes are available to suit and you can have a great session in the indoor rock climbing facility.

Group - Netti MTB Enduro Cycling  Pack South Coast Meet

Australian National Cross Country Marathon (XCM) titles will be held in the Eurobodalla region of the NSW South Coast from 2015 along with a round of the five XCM series coming to the region on the 30th March 2014.

The start and finish for the races will be at Mogo Zoo which provides easy access to some of the best mountain bike terrain in Australia.

For those who do not drive or do not wish to bring the car on holiday, Mal and Sue Rixon's 'door to door' bus service is a convenient and friendly way to travel between Mogo, Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast and Canberra ACT.

The Broulee Surf School is run at Broulee Beach, one of the closest Pacific Ocean beaches to The Original Gold Rush Colony in Mogo. (Near Batemans Bay, South Coast NSW Australia).

The family owned surf school has been established for over 20 years, sharing the stoke of
learning to surf with 1000s of happy clients.

The Dunn Lewis Centre which opened late 2011 is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Ulladulla on the South Coast of New South Wales only 40 minutes North of Mogo. This multi purpose function centre and ten pin bowling alley is suitable for all ages.

The Original Gold Rush Colony of Mogo in southern NSW is proud to be associated with its fellow multi-award winning tourist activity Dolphin Watch Cruises Jervis Bay, which has also been operating for over 20 years.

The area in all directions around the Original Gold Rush Colony is perfect for cycling, mountain biking and motor-bikes.

There is an extensive range of paths which connect the stunning views or forest, sea and mountains with historic settlements, heritage towns and metropolitan life.

The natural reserves and state forests have a large number of tracks and quiet roads ideal for exploring the Eurobodalla region often called the Nature Coast and Land of Many Waters.

As the Merinda departs at 11.30 each day, guests staying at The Original Gold Rush Colony can enjoy a leisurely breakfast before boarding which starts at 11am for the 3 hour Innes Family Cruise. The Clyde River well deserves its title as the sixth most scenic waterway in Australia.

On board you can enjoy a traditional Aussie meal of crunchy battered fish, chips and salad prepared by the Iconic Innes's Boat Shed.

The Oaks Ranch Country Club is located at Mossy Point, near Tomakin on the NSW South Coast. It is only an 8 minutes drive from The Original Gold Rush Colony at Mogo and 15 minutes south of Batemans Bay.
