Educational Gold History Tour

The Original Gold Rush Colony on the South Coast of NSW offers half day Gold History Tours for up 120 students.

Tour take 2 hours. Students are broken into groups of approximately 20 and rotate around the Gold rush Village with experienced guides. Curriculum based including:

  • Gold history
  • Australiana
  • Mining
  • Alluvial gold panning Experience
  • Miners Licence
  • Working Stamper
  • Student Worksheet

Suggested Itinerary: 

This Gold history tour can be booked at any time of the day to suit your needs.

Suggested that the Morning tour is best starting approx 10.30am, children to bring a packed lunch (or can be quoted) that can be eaten in the camp kitchen before departure.
