On our Scout camp south we went to Mogo. We spent many hours at Mogo Zoo looking and and learning about endangered animals.... We also visited Old Mogo Town seeing how people lived in the olden days. The highlight of this day was panning for gold and actually finding some to bring home.
Thank you to the staff of Mogo Zoo and Old Mogo Town for making our visit so informative and enjoyable, and to the parents from both 1st Nowra and 1st Greenwell Point...
Cover Note from Julie: We totally enjoyed our day at Old Mogo Town, especially panning for gold. So I put a write up in our local Paper. Thanks for a great day. Yours In Scouting Julie Brown.
